Ramadan starts in 103 days, according to astronomers

According to Egypt’s National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics, Ramadan will begin on April 2, 2022.

The crescent moon of Ramadan will be seen on Friday, April 1, according to Gulf News, which corresponds to the 29th day of the Islamic month of Shaban. According to astronomers, the first day of Ramadan will be April 2.

Ramadan, the Islamic calendar’s ninth month, is a period when Muslims all around the world fast from sunrise to sunset.

Eid Al Fitr, which coincides with the sighting of the new moon at the conclusion of Ramadan, marks the beginning of the Shawwal month.
