The Abu Dhabi Police fulfilled a child’s wish to be a police officer for a day in a heartwarming gesture.

Khalifa, a 9-year-old student at Virginia International Private School, had his dreams come true at the Al Rawdah Police Station in Abu Dhabi, according to an official social media post.

The Capital Police Department provided him with an official uniform to wear, and he was then greeted at the Al Rawdah Police Station.

He was also taken on a tour of the station’s advanced control center and given the opportunity to ride in an official security patrol vehicle.

Colonel Tarsh Mohammed Al-Kaabi, the station’s head, stated that the move aimed to inspire the boy to continue his medical treatment and to instill hope.

He also stated that Abu Dhabi was delighted to fulfill Khalifa’s wishes in commemoration of the UAE’s 50th National Day and the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
