Dubai, UAE: It’s one of the most stunning locations in Dubai thanks to its enormous terrace, luscious urban-jungle greenery and spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa and now, Love Parties is launching a brand-new offering at Hidden, Tree House and Tesoro in the Taj Dubai Hotel for its Friday afternoon.
Hidden Picnic is launching on Friday March 19, the al-fresco extravaganza takes place from 1pm – 4pm.
Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a beautiful hamper basket, overflowing with delicious starters including crudités and crisps with dips, burrata, Prawn Marie Rose, assorted sandwiches and salads. At the table, served warm from the table is mouthwatering steamed boa with smoked duck and hoisin and homemade chicken Cumberland sausage rolls with mustard aioli.
Diners then have the chance to choose one of the freshly cooked mains from the live BBQ grill, expertly cooked to perfection including double cooked chicken halves with rosemary and garlic oil, marinated salmon with dill, mustard and watercress or roast beef (cooked to preference) with horseradish cream. All mains are served with a range of sauces and veggies from the grill.
It wouldn’t be a picnic without a plethora of light, sweet and tasty desserts all served to the table such as Pimm’s lemon and mint jelly, elderflower vanilla Victoria sponge, Eton mess jars, rich and gooey chocolate brownie bites with burnt marshmallow and warm croissant bread and butter pudding.
Amazing news for vegetarians and vegans, there is a whole separate basket and menu, which includes a whole host of magnificent meat-free starters, a Vegan roast for main and even specialized desserts, such as Vegan apple crumble and chocolate fool with berries.
There is an extensive list of refreshing unlimited beverages on offer, including picnic-favorites such as Aperol Spritz and pink spirit-based cocktails to enjoy all afternoon long.
