On March 23, and for one night only, food connoisseurs are offered an exciting fusion of flavours and aromas inspired by oceanic delights. Guests begin their epicurean expedition with a Lobster ‘Tea’ with 24 months aged Parmesan, followed by Yellow Fin Tuna with Cucumber, Apple, Avocado, the King Crab & Scallops. Next is the mighty Atlantic Cod, served with Cauliflower, Grapes, Hazelnuts and Sea Herbs.
