The UAE authorities will allow tourists and visitors to stay for 60 days in the country as per the standard rule that will start in September.
UAE Cabinet decided to double the time of stay for tourists as part of the visa changes in the country.
This decision will benefit people looking forward to longer breaks and those who want to move to the country.
“Major improvements include facilitating the entry requirements for all visa types, offering flexible visa durations that meet the needs of the visitors and the purpose of the visit,” the UAE Government Media Office said on Monday.
Moreover, all entry visas are available for single or multiple entries and can be extended for similar periods. They are also valid for 60 days from the date of issuance.
A 30-day visit visa on arrival was standard for many nationalities.
