Chad’s UAE-funded field hospital receives 6,110 patients since opening

The UAE-funded field hospital in the Chadian city of Amdjarass continues to assist Sudanese refugees in the Republic of Chad by providing medical services to Sudanese people and local community members.

The hospital has accepted a total of 6,110 cases since its inception, and the medical team has successfully completed 54 procedures.

Patients, for their part, commended the superb healthcare services and medical professionals who upheld the highest professional standards.

Personnel from the Emirates Red Crescent, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, and Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation are part of the humanitarian team, which is working in collaboration with the UAE’s Office for Aid Coordination in Chad.
