Dubai has greenlit a AED152-million bonus for government employees, endorsed by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, under the guidance of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The performance-based bonus is targeted at civilian employees who have achieved specified standards, aiming to incentivize continued excellence and enhance the quality of life for Dubai’s government workforce.
