Dubai, UAE: This Ramadan, Masti will welcome the Holy Month with an exclusive Iftar menu boasting exceptional dishes for just AED150 per person. Friends and families alike are invited to break their fast and experience delectable Indian-inspired global cuisine in a chic and inviting setting.
The sharing-style menu, created by Executive Chef Prashant Chipkar, will feature a selection of awe-inspiring dishes catering to the global palate. Featuring contemporary and creative fusion dishes, the Iftar menu will offer a novel way for diners to break their fast. Lush green interiors, elegant décor and idyllic beach-side views will set the scene for a memorable and truly special iftar experience.
As the sun sets over La Mer, diners at Masti can break their fast with a traditional selection of lentil soup, dates and fruits and water served to the table. This will immediately be followed by cold plates of Citrus and Mesclun Salad and Cassava Chaat, to prime the palate and provide a light and refreshing start to the evening.
Guests will then be served an alluring Iftar platter to share, featuring an eclectic selection of flavourful dishes including Pumpkin Khakra, Smokey Chipotle Paneer Tikka, Beef Empanadas and Harissa Chicken. Main courses will follow, where guests can choose their preferred dish from a diverse selection including MASTI-style Biryani, Smokey Dill Butter Chicken, Prawns Moilee or Corn Haleem.
Exclusive for this Iftar menu, desserts will include Raspberry Rose Delight and Karak Semifreddo-Malai Toast will provide a perfectly sweet finish to the experience and will be served in sharing-style in an eye-catching fashion, true to the MASTI style.
The Iftar set menu is available for AED 150 per person, served on the ground-floor from sunset until 8pm daily throughout the Holy Month. A la carte dinner reservations will be available to book from 8pm.
