The Ministry of Human Resource and Emiratisation (MOHRE) encourages employers to pay their employees on time. This regulation is mandatory in line with the wage protection system and ministerial resolution stated in the labor relations of Federal Decree-Law.
According to Mohsen Al Nassi, Director of the Inspection Systems Department at the Ministry, the workers should have their compensation on time and call on employers to respect the wage protection system.
He also points out how essential the e-inspection system is, which monitors the payment of the wages.
